General Teacher

HRstring is seeking a versatile and dedicated General Teacher to join our educational institution. As a General Teacher, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive instruction across multiple subjects to students at various grade levels. Your passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment will help students develop essential academic, social, and life skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Subject Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and other core or elective subjects based on the grade level and curriculum.

2. Curriculum Development: Design and implement a well-structured and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and encourages academic growth.

3. Individualized Learning: Identify students’ diverse learning needs and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and interests.

4. Classroom Management: Establish a positive and organized classroom environment that fosters respect, discipline, and active participation in learning.

5. Student Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate students’ academic progress through assignments, tests, projects, and other forms of assessment. Provide constructive feedback to guide students’ learning journey.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field. Specializations in specific subjects are an advantage.

2. Teaching Certification: Possess valid teaching credentials and certifications as required by the local educational authorities.

3. Teaching Experience: Prior experience as a General Teacher or in teaching multiple subjects is desirable, but we welcome passionate individuals with relevant educational backgrounds.

4. Subject Knowledge: Proficiency in a wide range of subjects, with a strong foundation in core subjects like Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
